4 cups of fresh tomato juice
1 cup of fresh cucumber juice
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
2 teaspoons of finely minced lemon zest
1 tablespoon of chipped chives
Tabasco sauce
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
8 long stalks of chive
4 thick strips of fresh cucumber, peeled and seeded
4 lemon slices
Mix the tomato juice, the cucumber juice, the celery salt, the lemon zest, and the snipped chives in a glass pitcher.
Season to taste with the Tabasco sauce, the salt, and the pepper.
Pour the cocktail into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish each cocktail with 2 long chives, a strip of cucumber, and a lemon wedge.
