Coffee Jelly


2 packages of unflavored gelatin
1/2 of coffee liqueur
3 cups of hot coffee
3/4 of a cup of sugar
A pinch of salt
1 pint of whipped cream

Sprinkle the gelatin over the coffee liqueur to soften.

Add the coffee, the sugar, and the salt. Stir the mixture until it is clear.

Fill some individual molds and chill them until the jelly is firm.

For serving, unmold the jellies onto a bed of lightly sweetened whipped cream on individual serving plates.

Add a bit of whipped cream on top of each jelly.
