Starving-Student Bean Dip
1 (14 ounce) can of refried beans
1 cup of your favorite salsa
1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread the beans in the bottom of an 8x8-inch casserole.
Spread the salsa over the beans
Sprinkle the chili powder and the garlic evenly over the salsa.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over it all.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubble.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Note: Try topping the finished dip with chopped lettuce and tomato. Maybe a little chopped onion or sliced fresh or pickled jalapeno.
