Arrogant Pickled Cabbage








2 cups of very thinly sliced green or white cabbage
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
Crushed garlic to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne powder to taste

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.

Chill for 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to mature.

Serve.
