Starving-Student Corn Relish Salad


One 16-ounce package of frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
2 large celery stalks, finely diced
2 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced
1/2 cup vinaigrette, or to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine the ingredients in serving container and toss well.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
