Breath Meditation - Number Two


Take 3 to 5 deep breaths, then allow your body to return to the natural rhythm of your breathing. Next, concentrate on each two-line phrase for a series of 5 to 10 breaths. End the meditation by taking another 3 to 5 deep breaths.


Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Breathing in, I am alone.
Breathing out, I rest.

Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Breathing in, I hear all sounds.
Breathing out, I rest in solitude.

Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Breathing in, I listen to all sounds.
Breathing out, I hear the silence.

Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Breathing in, I dwell in this moment.
Breathing out, I abide in gratitude.

Breathing in.
Breathing out.
