3 cups of finely chopped white cabbage
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of your favorite oil
Italian salad dressing
Sprinkle the cabbage with the salt and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet until it is very hot.
Add the chopped cabbage to the oil and stir fry for a few minutes.
Remove the cabbage from the heat, pour it into a serving bowl, add the dressing, and toss.
Serve.
