Starving-Student Twice Baked Potatoes


4 baked potatoes, cooled enough to handle but still hot enough to melt butter
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, or use your favorite cheese

Have the oven preheated to 350 degree F.

Scoop the meat out of the baked potatoes, leaving enough meat next to the skin to create a stable shell.

Whip the potatoes with the butter. Add the milk and whip again.

Mound the whipped potatoes back into the shells and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.
