Patches


6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
Parsley to taste
Minced onion to taste
Milk
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Peel the potatoes. Grate them and then drain them in a colander.

Stir in the flour, the parsley, and the onion.

Add enough milk to make a firm batter.

Season with the salt and pepper. Stir well.

Fry tablespoons full in a hot, well-oil skillet.

Serve with horseradish on the side.
