Three Zen students were discussing which of their teachers was the best.

The first student said, “My teacher has so much self-control he can go an entire week without eating."

The second student said, “My teacher has so much self-discipline he can go an entire week without sleeping.”

The third student said, “My teacher is so wise he eats when he's hungry and sleeps when he's tired.”
