1/3 of a medium-ripe Brie cheese
20 black grapes, halved and deseeded
Cut the Brie into 20 cubes, each about 1/2-inch.
Thread half a black grape on to a cocktail toothpick, followed by a cube of Brie and then another half of a black grape.
Arrange the grape halves so the cut ends face the cheese.
Remember, cheese displays its best flavor at room temperature.
