The Practice

Refraining from harming or killing is not a prohibition.

Refraining from eating meat is not a prohibition.

Refraining from theft is not a prohibition.

Refraining from sexual misconduct is not a prohibition.

Refraining from unwholesome or evil action is not a prohibition.

Refraining from lies is not a prohibition.

Refraining from gossip and slander is not a prohibition.

Refraining from losing mindfulness is not a prohibition.

Refraining from ingesting what is unwholesome and unhealthy is not a prohibition.

It is the Practice.

It is the experience of Buddha-Dharma itself.
