So often I start my day by
thinking of what I have to do, rather than how I want to be, when the
truth is how I am directly affects my ability to accomplish what I
do. How can I expect to be kind or helpful or happy if my only
priority is to perform task after task without taking care of myself
and bringing my best to each situation.
So, instead of a “to-do”
list, I'll start each day with a “to-be” list.
