10 ounces of your favorite mixed greens
20 ounces of pineapple chunks
15 ounces of mandarin orange segments
1/2 cup of your favorite Italian dressing
16 ounces of large curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Toss the greens with the pineapple chunks, the orange segments, and the dressing.
Plate the greens mixture and spoon some cottage cheese on the center top.
Garnish with the sliced almonds and the chopped green onions.
