Chili Dipping Sauce


3 tablespoons of a light soy sauce
3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar, more or less to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh Thai chilies, more or less to taste
1 tablespoon of thinly sliced garlic
1 tablespoon of thinly sliced shallots
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon of chopped green onions

Combine all the ingredients. Stir well. Serve.
