White Bean Hummus

2 cups of drained cooked white beans
1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons of tahini
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic
A generous pinch of cayenne powder
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro (I've used basil with happy results)

Combine all the ingredients, except the cilantro (or basil), in a food processor, and blend into a smooth paste.

Pulse in the cilantro (or basil) until it is coarsely chopped and evenly distributed.

Serve.
