Lemon Sauce for Noodles
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of tamari (or your favorite soy sauce)
1 or 2 (your taste) grated fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and beat with a fork.
Toss with cooked pasta.
May be used with either hot or cold cooked pasta.
Use on your favorite noodle or even spaghetti. This recipe will make enough sauce for 8 to 12 ounces of cooked pasta. Experience will teach you how much pasta you prefer with this much sauce.
You might enjoy adding a wee bit of finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
