Starving-Student Burritos

15 ounces of refried beans
4 large flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 cup of shredded farmers' cheese
1 cup of your favorite salsa
Shredded romaine lettuce
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced

Warm the beans

Place the tortillas on a work surface and spoon 3 tablespoons of the beans across the lower third of each one.

Top the beans with some cheese, some salsa, some of the shredded lettuce, and some avocado slices.

Fold two opposite sides in slightly, then roll up the tortilla.

Serve immediately.
