Deviled Eggs with Dill


7 hard-boiled eggs
5 tablespoons of sour cream
5 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Peel the eggs and slice 6 of them in half. Empty the yolks in a bowl. Put the 7th egg, yolk and white in a the bowl with the 6 yolks..

Mash the yolks with the sour cream and the dill, adding saly and pepper according to your taste

Put this mixture back into the egg whites.

Sprinkle a little chopped fresh dill on top.

Serve chilled..
