1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese (Your favorite.)
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine and blend well all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with raw vegetables cut into sticks and slices.
