Beet and Onion Salad




1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 (16 ounce) can of sliced beets, undrained
1/2 of a medium onion (or more, according to taste), sliced into rings






Combine all the ingredients and marinate at room temperature for, at least, 30 minutes.

Stir every 10 minutes.

Serve.
