Horseradish Dip


1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Serve as a dip with raw vegetables or crackers. Use as a spread for toast or sandwiches.

Very good as a dip for artichoke leaves.
