Queen Samavati and Khujjuttara
Through the influence of the Dhamma, Samavati became determined to develop her abilities more intensively. Her most important asset was the way she could feel sympathy for all beings and could suffuse everyone with loving-kindness and compassion. She was able to develop this faculty so strongly that the Buddha called her the woamn lay disciple most skilled in spreading
metta, "loving-kindness."
