1 (8 1/2 ounce jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
6 eggs
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped pickled jalapeno
12 saltine crackers, crushed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients well and pour into an oiled 9x9-inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve hot or cold.
