8 ears of corn
4 tablespoons of butter (more to taste)
2 teaspoons of dried marjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons of cayenne
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Paprika
Peel back the husk and remove the silk.
Soak the corn in water for 20 minutes.
Run each ear of corn with 1/2 teaspoon of butter and then sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
Pull the husks back up to cover the ears. Grill the ears for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the hotness of the coals, turning often
