White Bean Salad




3 cups of cooked white beans
3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the beans in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients. Toss gently, but thoroughly.

Serve at room temperature.
