Meditation
Within the Practice of the Buddhist Meditation we acknowledge what we are rather than try to hide from them our problems and irritations. Meditation should not help us forget our workaday life or our professional commitments. In the practice of sitting meditation we relate to our daily life all the time. Meditation practice brings our neuroses to the surface rather than hide them at the bottom of our minds. In this way we can work with our issues. Meditation enables us to relate to our lives as something workable.
