Tomato Raita
2 cups of plain thick yogurt
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cloves, crushed
The seeds from 2 cardamons, crushed
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
Salt to taste
Mix everything in a bowl.
Serve as a relish or even a snack.
