Cream Cheese Balls

1 pound of cream cheese
3/4 cup of raisins or chopped dates
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of lemon or orange zest
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
3/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or chopped almonds
Flour

Soften the cream cheese.

Mix the raisins or dates with a little flour to help keep them separated.

Mix all the dry ingredients except the seeds or nuts.

Blend the cream cheese with the dry ingredients.

Squeeze this mixture together with your hands. Shape the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.

Roll the balls in the seeds or nuts.

Serve with tea or coffee.
