1 very ripe banana, cut into chunks
6 ounces of pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces of coconut cream
1 cup of crushed ice
1 maraschino cherry
1 pineapple wedge
In a blender, combine the banana, the pineapple juice, and the coconut cream with the crushed ice.
Blend well at high speed.
Pour the cocktail into a collins glass.
Garnish with the cherry and the pineapple wedge.
