Sriracha Cream Cheese



1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of Sriracha

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the Sriracha until well combined.

Use immediately or store, refrigerated, in a airtight container for up to 1 week.

For a fluffier spread, beat in a stand mixer equipped with a whisk attachment at high speed for several minutes to incorporate air into the cheese and create a lighter texture.

This lively cream cheese will add some excitement to your bagels.
