Farmer's Glorified Rice





2 cups of cooked rice
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of pineapple juice, drained
1 cup of whipping cream

Combine the rice, the sugar, and the pineapple chunks. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.

Just before serving, whip the cream and fold it into the rice mixture.
