7 ounces of pineapple juice
2 ounces of coconut cream
1 cup of crushed ice
1 maraschino cherry
1 pineapple wedge
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, the coconut cream, and the crushed ice.
Blend well at high speed.
Pour the cocktail into a collins glass.
Garnish with the cherry and the pineapple wedge.
