7 very ripe strawberries
5 ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces of coconut cream
1 cup of crushed ice
1 maraschino cherry
1 pineapple wedge
In a blender, combine the strawberries, the pineapple juice, and the coconut cream with the crushed ice.
Blend well on the high speed.
Pour in a collins glass.
Garnish with the cherry and the pineapple wedge.
