Baked Egg Noodles


1 5-ounce package of fine egg noodles
1 cup of large curd cottage cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
A dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter a casserole. In a large pot cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the noodles.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend well.

Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and toss to coat.

Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared casserole.

Bake for 45.

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
