Mustard Relish


½ cup of dill pickles, sliced
½ cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of classic prepared mustard

Place the pickle slices in a food processor and pulse until they resemble relish.

Spoon the relish into bowl and set aside.

Rinse the food processor and add the chopped onion. Pulse them until they are the same size as the relish.

Stir the onion and then the mustard into the chopped pickle. Stir until everything is well combined.
