Thoughts About Meditation From Teenage Practitioners


Meditation is when you can clear your mind.

It's not a certain activity. It's anything that causes me to focus on that and nothing else. It's a drive to focus.

[It's like watching a sunset.] It's not that you're trying to obtain anything through the sunset. It's just there.
