Ricotta Crackers


Firm wheat or rye crackers
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of you favorite jam, chutney, or preserves
1/4 cup of your choice of chopped nuts

Blend the cheese and the jam or chutney.

Spread each cracker with the mixture.

Sprinkle the crackers with the chopped nuts.
