Salsa Verde Goat Cheese Wraps
Burrito-size flour tortillas
Goat cheese, room temperature
Salsa verde
Minced cilantro
Spread each tortilla thinly with the goat cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch edge all around.
If the salsa is too wet, strain it though a fine mess strainer.
Spread the salsa over the goat cheese.
Sprinkle the salsa with the minced cilantro.
Roll up the tortillas.
Place the rolled tortillas on a platter and microwave until warm, perhaps 3 minutes.
Place the wraps on individual serving plates and cut in half crosswise. Eat out of hand.
