I'm starting to read and study the diamond sutra now. I know a little bit about the platform sutra, and hui-neng. This is a great quote. Makes me want to get back to the book! -ya su (missy kymla)
Ya Su, only read what you need to read when you're ready. I picked up the Way of the Bodhisattva about 5 times before I could read it. We each have to deal with our histories and long help opinions. The Diamond Sutra has great teaching, but I only grasp a little of it with each ready. My opinions and beliefs get in my way. But, I inch along. Happy, happy New Year.
