Spinach and Cashew Salad


1 1/2 cups of chopped raw spinach
1/2 cup of watercress
4 green onions, sliced thin
1/3 cup of cashews
1/2 cup of your favorite style of crouton
Your favorite vinaigrette

In a bowl, combine everything except the vinaigrette.

Spoon the vinaigrette over the salad and toss.

Serve immediately while crisp.
