Beet Raita


Serve this with spicy dishes to cool the palate.

3/4 tablespoon of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons of honey
1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
1 medium beet (about 1/2 of a pound), peeled and grated

In the proper-size, whisk together everything except the gated beet.

Add the beet and mix completely.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
