Hot and Sour Cabbage

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 red chilies, seeds removed and the chilies cut into small pieces
1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste

Heat the oil in a preheated wok.

Add the red chilies.

Add the cabbage and the black pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the vinegar, the sugar, the soy sauce, the sesame oil, and the salt.

Blend well and serve immediately.
