doctrine of Conditioned Genesis explains there is nothing in the
world that is absolute. Everything is conditioned, relative, and
interdependent.
This
is the Buddhist theory of relativity.

This
arising, that arises;
When
this is not, that is not;
This
ceasing, that ceases.
This
formula can be expressed in a modern form:
