Chirmol - Honduran Salsa

4 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 green or red bell peppers, finely chopped
The juice of 2 lemons
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place the tomatoes, the onion, and the bell peppers in a bowl.

Mix together the remaining ingredients.

Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
