Honeyed Carrots


4 cups of baby carrots
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons of honey

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the carrots in a casserole.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and the honey. Stir until all is well mixed.

Pour this mixture over the carrots

Cover the casserole and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Stir the carrots occasionally in order to coat them with the honey mixture.

Serve hot.
