Starving-Student Vegetable Dip




2 cups of large curd cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of milk
1 envelope of onion soup mix

Mix the cottage cheese in a blender.

Add the skim milk and process for a few seconds.

Place the mixture in a bowl and stir in the onion soup mix.

Chill before serving.
