Starving-Student Portobello-Joes


Oil
Portobello mushrooms, diced
Water
Dried onion
Dried parsley
Barbecue sauce

Saute the mushrooms in the oil for a few minutes.

Add the water, the onions, and the parsley and heat until the water has evaporated.

Add the barbecue sauce and heat through.

Serve on buns or rolls.
