Zen In Everyday Life


Do not multitask, do one thing at a time.

Do whatever you do slowly and deliberately.

Do each task completely.

Do less.

Put space between things.

Develop rituals in your life.

Designate time for certain things such as being with family, friends, meditation, lovemaking, cleaning, reading, walking, and on and on.

Devote time each day to sitting.

Smile and serve others: people, animals, plants, the planet, and yourself.

Allow cleaning and cooking to become meditation.

Understand what is necessary.

Live simply.

Love completely.
