A simple, but delicious dressing. May even be used as a dipping sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil
Your Favorite Soy Sauce or Tamari
Place a little of the vinegar in a small bowl.
Add a few drops of the sesame oil and the soy sauce.
Beat together with a fork or mini-whisk.
Taste and add more vinegar, oil or soy sauce as desired.
You will learn, through your own good experience, exactly how mush of each ingredient you like.
This dressing is good on salads, vegetables, and fruit.
